We’re Hiring : Human Resources Manager

Location : Spaces Unhooked, 135 Sector, Noida / On - Premises

Experience : 2–3 Years

Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary Range : ₹2.5 – ₹4.8 LPA

We are seeking a capable and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an HR professional with 2–3 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of core HR functions and help shape a strong, engaged, and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals and labor laws
  • Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development programs
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management
  • Address employee relations matters with professionalism and fairness

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement
  • Strong understanding of compliance, labor laws, and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage HR processes from the ground up
  • Experience with HRMS and payroll tools is a plus
