Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Manager based in Hyderabad. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a range of events, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include liaising with clients to define event objectives, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating with vendors, supervising event setup and on-site execution, and resolving any unforeseen issues during events. The Event Manager will play a crucial role in delivering impactful and seamless events for our clients.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Event Planning, Event Coordination, and Budget Management
• Strong Organizational, Time Management, and Leadership capabilities
• Proficiency in Vendor Management, Negotiation, and Logistics Planning
• Excellent Communication, Team Collaboration, and Problem-Solving skills
• Familiarity with Event Technology and Project Management Tools
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field
• Prior experience in event management or a similar role is highly desirable
