Job Description :

The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share for our Nutritional Food & Snacks products in the Noida / Gurgaon region. This role involves managing both General Trade and Modern Trade channels, building strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.

Responsibilities :

• Primary & Secondary target achievement for the defined area
• Monthly sales planning & forecasting, considering retail sales
• Build multiple channel management from initial stage at multiple locations
• Effective cost management
• Aligning with Annual Operating Plan
• Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new entrants
• Close engagement & working with distributors & customers to drive sales
