SAP Basis Security Consultant Offshore

This is a remote position.

Our Client a global healthcare company is seeking an SAP Basis / Security Consultant for deploying and maintaining complex SAP landscapes including troubleshooting issues to ensure the system is running smoothly implementing security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches and implementing technical changes when needed.

This is a 6-month contractual position with likelihood of extension. Candidates must be able to work the clients preferred EST and / or CET time zone.

Job Description :

• Support / perform SAP Basis Administration activities such as ID creation and transporting objects to different systems

Document SAP processes procedures and plans; including changes upgrades and new services

Requirements

Required Skills :

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Technology or related field. 5 years of SAP FICO experience with strong focus on RTR / Account to Report / Treasury processes. Proven expertise in SAP Finance Testing including UAT SIT regression and cutover validation. Strong hands-on exposure to : General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) House Bank Bank Accounting Automatic Payment Program Cash & Liquidity Management Treasury-related processes including reconciliation and payment integrations. Experience with end-to-end S / 4HANA projects including implementation rollout or support. Strong understanding of month-end and year-end close activities within SAP Finance. Familiarity with methodologies defect tracking tools and quality assurance frameworks. Excellent communication skills to interact with offshore teams and onshore stakeholders. Ability to work independently under tight timelines while managing multiple priorities. Preferred Skills Experience with Vertex or SAP Tax Software integration. Exposure to automation tools for SAP (e.g. CBTA Worksoft Tricentis). Knowledge of IFRS GAAP and compliance standards relevant to ATR / Treasury. SAP certification in FICO or S / 4HANA Finance is a plus.
