Location : Andheri (West), Mumbai

Role type : FTE (5 days a week)

What You’ll Own?

• Build deep, consultative relationships with CHROs, CEO’s, CTOs and L&D heads
• Craft and drive sales strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets;
• Understand client challenges and design tailored, strategic solutions;
• Lead high-valuepitches and close transformative, long-term deals;
• Track market shifts, spot new opportunities, and stay two steps ahead;
• Mentor and guide younger team members, shaping how we show up in the market;
• Navigate contract negotiations and pricing discussions with confidence;
• Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure we exceed client expectations.
