Job Description -
- Inventory optimization and maximization of revenue during Live broadcasting of sports events on the channels, ensuring all the guidelines and compliances of governing boards are being followed while delivering business objectives.
- Understand and execute the plans around the ad sales strategy and brand solutions.
- Create break structure for sporting event’s programming, surround shows & ancillary shows to build scope of inventory for spots bookings.
- Release monthly program schedules, process schedule changes, handle contingency plans protecting the booking entitlements.
- Management of bookings in the BMS ensuring all deal entitlements are created into the BMS.
- Scheduling of booked spots on the logs for transmission with proper understanding of break pattern, scheduling plan, standard practice, and execution strategy.
- Managing transmission log creation, on-air presentation elements, activation of promo campaign and scheduling of promos.
- Collaboration with immediate stake holder BTO, IT, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Program control and finance teams.
- Reconciliation of planned vs. aired logs in BMS to ensure correct billing.
- Managing commercial copy creation and activation process for all the TVCs and Secondary elements.
- Activation of sponsorship elements, promo tags and billboards for broadcast sponsors.
- Supervising the editors for processing the TVC, Secondary graphics, sponsorship promo tags and billboards.
