Content Moderator Bengali ( Relocate to Vietnam )

Role & Responsisbilities

Review and moderate audio / picture / text content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.

Identify, flag, and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive audio / picture / text material.

Document and report trends, patterns, and potential risks in user-generated audio / picture / text content.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe and trusted platform environment.

Income

Base Salary :

16,000,000 VND / month.

Meal allowance : 500,000 VND / month.

Monthly KPI Incentive :

Up to 1,200,000 VND / month.

100% salary

in 2-month probation time.

Requirements

Proficiency in

Bengali / Telugu or Tamil

(native-level fluency).

Strong

English communication skills

(verbal and written) over and above any one native language listed.

Deep understanding of

regional slang, music, pop culture, and linguistic nuances

in your native language.

High level of

maturity and judgment

to identify and evaluate nuances vs. non-essential content for the platform.

Flexible for 24 / 7 rotational shifts , including weekends and holidays.

Willing to relocate to Vietnam

and work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
