Job descriptionIdentify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors across F&B, club operations, services, consumables, and equipment. Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality standards, timely supplies, and competitive pricing. Drive periodic vendor performance reviews and contract renewals. Utilize SAP HANA for procurement planning, purchase tracking, inventory management, and reporting. Ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and smooth integration with finance and operations. Ensure adherence to procurement policies, statutory guidelines, and audit requirements. Maintain complete documentation, agreements, and audit-ready records. Conduct internal compliance checks and support external audits as required. Prepare and present procurement MIS, cost analyses, savings dashboards, and monthly performance reports. Highlight gaps, risks, and improvement areas proactively. Work closely with operations, club management, F&B teams, admin, finance, and projects to align procurement with operational needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast requirements and ensure seamless execution. Strong knowledge of SAP HANA procurement modules. Expertise in hospitality procurement (clubs, hotels, premium F&B). Excellent negotiation, cost analysis, and vendor development skills. Understanding of compliance, contracts, and audit procedures. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management capability. Ability to manage multiple categories and high-volume operational procurement. Detail-oriented with strong reporting & MIS capabilities. Graduate / Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
The Purchase Head will lead and manage end-to-end procurement for BPTP’s Clubs and Sales Galleries. The role requires strong expertise in SAP HANA, vendor management, cost optimization, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will bring experience from hospitality or premium F&B environments, ensuring quality sourcing, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Planning & Execution
- Lead procurement operations for Clubs & Sales Galleries, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business needs and budgets.
- Manage purchase cycles including PR / PO processing, negotiations, order finalization, and delivery tracking.
