Role Description
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned territories.
- Build, nurture, and expand a network of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nutritionists, and dietitians.
- Engage medical professionals with product knowledge and consultative selling around nutrition-based solutions.
- Identify and explore new sales channels and business opportunities beyond existing networks.
- Collaborate closely with distribution partners to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Drive acquisition of new accounts in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions to broaden market reach.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Sales and Sales ManagementMinimum 2 years of experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare product salesExcellent Communication and Customer Service abilitiesDemonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers, nutritionists, and dietitiansExperience in training team members and mentoring othersProblem-solving aptitude and ability to meet targets in a dynamic environmentStrong organisational and data analysis skillsFamiliarity with CRM tools and sales technologies is a plusBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Life Sciences, or related fields
