Partnership Development Manager – Greece Golden Visa Programme Location : Remote

Employment Type : Full-time / Independent Contractor

Compensation : U ncapped performance-based commission (OTE €80,000-€150,000+). Base retainer to be discussed after first sale.

The Greek Golden Visa programme represents the most accessible pathway to EU residency, with residential property investments starting from just €250,000 – the lowest threshold in the Schengen area. This €2.5 billion annual market continues to grow as global mobility becomes increasingly valuable to international families and investors.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced  Partnership Development Manager to establish and nurture strategic relationships with professional advisors who serve high-net-worth clients. You'll be the primary liaison between Greece Golden Visa and immigration lawyers, wealth managers, tax advisors, relocation specialists, and family offices.

This is a  revenue-generating role where your success directly translates to substantial commission earnings. Top performers in similar roles within our sector earn €100,000-€200,000+ annually through successful client introductions.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development

Identify and engage immigration lawyers, wealth managers, international tax advisors, relocation agents, and family offices who serve HNWIs

Build trusted, long-term relationships with professional advisors through consistent value delivery

Develop tailored partnership propositions showing how our services benefit their clients

Maintain regular communication through meetings, presentations, and educational updates

Market Positioning & Intelligence

Research the professional services landscape to identify high-value partnership opportunities

Understand the needs and client profiles of different professional categories

Position Greece Golden Visa as the preferred partner for EU residency solutions

Monitor competitor offerings and market developments

Education & Enablement

Educate partners on Greek Golden Visa programme details, benefits, and recent updates

Provide marketing materials, case studies, and presentation tools

Organize webinars, presentations, and educational sessions for partner firms

Serve as primary support contact for all partner queries

Pipeline Management

Work with our sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities

Track partnership performance and client introduction metrics

Report on pipeline development and partnership ROI

Collaborate with marketing to develop partner-focused campaigns

Your Success Strategy

Successful Partnership Development Managers in this sector typically :

Attend relevant professional conferences and networking events

Schedule consistent one-on-one meetings with key partners

Ideal Candidate Profile

Essential :

Proven track record in B2B partnership development, relationship management, or business development

Strong existing network within professional services (legal, wealth management, tax advisory, relocation) OR demonstrated ability to build such networks quickly

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Self-motivated with consistent follow-through

Comfortable working independently while collaborating with remote teams

Highly Desirable :

Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or their advisors

Understanding of investment migration, international tax, or wealth management sectors

Active professional presence on LinkedIn or other relevant platforms

Track record of meeting / exceeding revenue targets through relationship-driven sales

Fluency in languages relevant to target markets (Arabic, Mandarin, Turkish, etc.)

Compensation

Base retainer to be discussed once you have successfully converted your first client.

Uncapped progressive commission structure on all successful client transactions you introduce

Primary commission : Earn substantial fees on direct client introductions (typically €4,000-€15,000 per transaction depending on property value)

Ongoing commission : Earn additional fees on clients introduced by your professional partner network

Top performers consistently earn €100,000-€200,000+ annually
