SAAS Implementation Lead

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented LEAN Project Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to be based out of our Corporate Office at Rajarhat, Kolkata with a strong IT background and experience in SAAS models , Zoho (HRMS, CRM, ERP) , and software deployment . This individual will be responsible for leading LEAN initiatives across various IT processes, optimizing systems, and improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should also have experience in deploying software solutions and managing IT-related projects within the context of SAAS environments, specifically focusing on Zoho tools, software integrations and proven strength in IT processes and IT operations.

LEAN Project Manager : Lead LEAN initiatives focused on streamlining IT processes, software deployment, and integration efforts. Apply LEAN methodologies (e.G., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) to improve system workflows, software rollouts, and team productivity.

SAAS & Software Deployment : Coordinate and manage the deployment of SAAS applications and tools, particularly Zoho-based platforms (HRMS, CRM, ERP). Ensure smooth implementation, integration, and user adoption of deployed systems.

Zoho System Management : Oversee the setup, configuration, and optimization of Zoho applications (Zoho HRMS, CRM, ERP) in alignment with business processes. Work with teams to ensure efficient use of Zoho systems to meet organizational goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, business units, and stakeholders to ensure LEAN methodologies are applied effectively in software deployment and system optimizations. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure project success.

Process Improvement : Identify inefficiencies in the deployment and integration processes of software, focusing on automating and streamlining workflows to maximize system performance.

Data Analysis & Reporting : Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for leadership. Analyze data from Zoho systems to measure the success of process improvements and software deployments.

Training & Support : Provide training to internal teams on Zoho applications (HRMS, CRM, ERP) and LEAN principles. Ensure that team members are comfortable with new tools and processes, offering ongoing support.

Problem-Solving : Address technical issues and challenges related to software deployment, offering creative solutions to enhance system integration and reduce downtime.

Change Management : Support the organization through the change management process during the introduction of new software and systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

10 + years of experience as a LEAN Project or similar role, with a focus on IT, software deployment, and SAAS environments.

Strong experience with Zoho applications, particularly Zoho HRMS, CRM, and ERP modules, including setup, configuration, and optimization.

Experience in SAAS models and deployment in cloud-based environments.

Proven track record of successfully coordinating software deployment projects and driving IT process improvements using LEAN methodologies .

Familiarity with Agile , Scrum , or other IT project management methodologies is a plus.
