Manage and maintain real estate management software (CRM, ERP, property portals).

Provide technical support to sales, leasing, and operations teams.

Handle data entry, database management, and regular system updates.

Coordinate with IT vendors for software issues and enhancements.

Monitor and troubleshoot network, hardware, and application-related problems.

Ensure data accuracy for property listings, client details, and transaction records.

Support digital marketing tools, website backend, and lead-management systems.

Generate IT-related reports and assist with system integrations.

Ensure security, backup, and compliance with company IT policies.

Assist in automating real estate processes to improve efficiency.
