SAP SuccessFactors RCM / Career Portal & Onboarding - Saudi (onsite)

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors RCM / Career Portal & Onboarding Consultany with strong functional expertise and fluency in Arabic to support a key client engagement. The consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial solutions, supporting business processes, and ensuring successful implementation and support of SAP modules.

Location : Riyadh,Saudi Arabia (onsite)

Contract : 12 months, (extendable)

Experience : 8+ years

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working exclusively with SAP SuccessFactors — specifically in RCM (Recruiting / Career Portal) and Onboarding (ONB 2.0).
• Proven track record of at least one or more full-cycle implementations of RCM + Onboarding modules.
• Strong understanding of HR / recruitment business processes (job posting, candidate lifecycle, hiring workflows, new-hire onboarding).
• Hands-on configuration and implementation skills in SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM / RMK / CRM) and Onboarding modules.
• Experience with integration of SuccessFactors modules (e.g. RCM ↔ Onboarding ↔ Employee Central) and data-migration or data-integration tasks.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills — able to collaborate with clients, HR, IT teams, and deliver solution aligned to business needs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks : requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, support, documentation and training.
• (Preferred) Certification in SuccessFactors Recruiting and / or Onboarding modules.
