Responsibilities

• Connecting with customers through calls to collect reviews and feedback.
• Reaching out to users to gather feedback on their experience with vendors and identify areas for improvement.
• Conducting spam verification calls to ensure data authenticity.
• Managing outreach records and updating call responses in internal trackers.
• Documenting and analyzing user insights to generate actionable recommendations for enhancing service quality.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams for review moderation and escalations.
• Supporting the marketing team with daily tasks and contributing to active campaigns and initiatives.
