Key Responsibilities :

• RFP & Questionnaire Management : Lead or support the end-to-end RFP (Request for Proposal) and consultant questionnaire response process, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
• Investment Expertise : Apply a solid understanding of investment products and services (equities, fixed income, issuer communications) to accurately articulate the firm's capabilities in client-facing documents.
• Quality Control : Serve as a peer reviewer and proofreader for complex client documents, ensuring impeccable accuracy in grammar, spelling, consistency, and adherence to firm standards .
• Business Acumen : Maintain a deep understanding of the investment business, including aspects of Fintech and the firm's product suite.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work both independently and collaboratively with various teams on large client requests, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines .
• Technology Utilization : Operate proficiently across all Microsoft applications and be comfortable engaging with modern automation tools in the client environment (e.G., RPA, Power Automation, Automation Anywhere ).
