👔 Role Overview
As HR & Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping internal systems, coordinating between teams, and supporting the Managing Director in executing company-wide initiatives.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✅ Establish and manage HR systems — recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
✅ Coordinate between Head Office and Plant teams (RMC, Crusher, Fleet, QC).
✅ Manage manpower planning, employee documentation, and vendor communication.
✅ Develop performance reports and HR dashboards for management.
✅ Supervise Executive Coordinator and ensure smooth office operations.
🧠 Desired Candidate Profile
🎓 MBA / PGDM in HR, Operations, or related field.
🏗️ 4–7 years of experience in HR or Operations (preferably in construction / RMC / manufacturing).
💡 Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
📊 Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and HR software.
📍 Based in or willing to relocate to Akola
