We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Solution Architect with comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, including IT Operations Management (ITOM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and IT Service Management (ITSM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable and efficient solutions, translating business requirements into architecture blueprints, and ensuring seamless integration across ServiceNow applications.More details as below.

Experience : 8+ years

Work Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Contract Period : 1 year, extendable

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation roles.
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules : ITOM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT asset management frameworks.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CIS-ITOM, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM, and Certified System Administrator preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with integrations, API design, and enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus.
