Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Planning
Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with the brand’s core identity and seasonal campaigns.Contribute to creating brand decks, marketing plans, and calendarized activations for retail and digital touchpoints.Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and consumer trends in luxury fashion.Support the planning and execution of festive, bridal, and collection-specific marketing campaigns.2. Social Media & Platform Management
Support in managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.Maintain the monthly content calendar and align posts with campaign launches, PR moments, and in-store events.Track engagement and platform insights to assist in optimizing posting schedules and content categories.Collaborate with creative teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment with the brand’s tone and aesthetic.3. Campaign Development & Execution
Participate in the ideation and planning of seasonal campaigns and photoshoots.Assist in creating mood boards, lookbooks, and campaign briefs.Coordinate with stylists, photographers, and models during shoots to ensure smooth execution.Support the marketing team in conceptualizing collaborations with influencers and brand partners.4. Content & Communication Support
Contribute to copywriting for emailers, campaign messages, website product descriptions, and brand collaterals.Assist in proofreading and editing marketing material for brand consistency.Work closely with the design team to execute creatives for campaigns, lookbooks, and event invites.Support in maintaining the brand’s voice across all digital and offline channels.5. Event & Activation Coordination
Help organize in-store events, product launches, trunk shows, and collaborations.Coordinate vendor communication, logistics, and setup for marketing activations.Maintain post-event reports to measure performance and engagement outcomes.6. Public Relations & Influencer Management
Assist in managing influencer outreach and product seeding.Track PR coverage and maintain press records for ongoing campaigns.Coordinate with stylists, magazines, and media outlets for shoots or editorial placements.Support the creation of PR pitches and press kits.7. Research & Market Analysis
Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and marketing opportunities.Gather consumer insights through surveys, store interactions, and digital engagement.Create reports on performance metrics to present to the senior marketing team.8. Internal Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Design, and Visual Merchandising.Assist in tracking project progress and timelines for ongoing marketing initiatives.Support weekly marketing meetings by preparing summaries and data reports.Prerequisites :
Bachelor’s degree in Luxury Brand Management, Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or Fashion.At least one prior internship in marketing, branding, or fashion / luxury is required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling.Familiarity with social media platforms, engagement trends, and campaign analysis.Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and market research tools is a plus.Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Interested candidates can send their resumes and portfolios to :
