Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI / UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design thinking, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of design principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction effectively and design ideas.
• Design high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with modern UX / UI standards.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, UI kits, and component libraries.
• Continuously improve and iterate on designs based on feedback and performance data.
• Stay updated with the latest UI / UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
