About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate for the position of AVP – Data Management & Analytics within the Information Technology Department under Asian Systems Office.

Position Title : Analyst / Sr. Analyst – Pega Developer.

Position details :

The successful candidate will be part of a growing dynamic regional team that oversees IT development and support functions. This is a new role to provide leadership to our strategic initiatives to enable our business with the required insights from data that drive sales, profitability and competitiveness.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement Pega applications, including Pega Email Bot, Pega CLM, and Customer Service.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain Pega PRPC applications, including case management, decision management, and integration with other systems.
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure quality.
• Adhere to best practices and coding standards.
