Technical Recruiter

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Technical Recruiter to drive talent acquisition and support organizational growth. Your primary focus will be identifying the right talent, engaging with candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product / solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Responsibilities :

Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Screen resumes and applications, evaluate qualifications, and conduct initial phone screenings.

Manage a high-volume of calls, approximately 100+ calls daily, to prospective candidates and leads.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment in candidate selection.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and facilitate the hiring decision process.

Requirements :

Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.

Ability to effectively manage a large volume of calls and screenings daily.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
