About the Role :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team at ALLEN Digital .
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and delightful hiring experience for both candidates and interview panels. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to drive coordination excellence across all stages of recruitment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple teams and time zones
- Ensure timely communication between recruiters, candidates, and interview panels
- Maintain and update candidate tracking data and dashboards
- Partner with the TA team to manage hiring logistics and feedback collection
- Support offer rollout, pre-joining engagement, and onboarding coordination
- Assist in employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in any fieldPrior Internship experience in HR coordination, recruitment operations, or similar roleExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesProficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and calendar management toolsA proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentSkills Required
