Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various non-technical roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle recruitment for non-technical positions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Customer Service, etc.)Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, references, and internal databasesScreen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess suitabilityCoordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidatesMaintain and update ATS and recruitment trackersManage salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding coordinationDevelop strong talent pipelines for recurring or niche rolesProvide weekly / monthly hiring status reports to managementEnsure recruitment processes comply with organizational and legal standardsBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needsRequired Skills & Competencies
Strong sourcing and networking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesGood understanding of various non-IT job roles across business functionsProficiency in resume screening and interviewing techniquesAbility to multitask and manage recruitment for multiple roles simultaneouslyStrong negotiation and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with ATS tools, job portals, and hiring platformsGood analytical and reporting skillsQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPrior experience in Non-IT recruitment (corporate, consulting, or staffing preferred)
