Job Description : Position Overview

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer and

the leadership team taking overall responsibility for the companys Finance Controlling Accounting

Human Resources and administrative functions. This role is driving financial excellence ensuring

compliance with Indian and international standards and strengthening internal structures for

sustainable growth. The CFO will not only manage the financial health of the company but also play a

key role in shaping strategy and guiding the business forward.
