Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Retail Sales based in Faridabad. The Head of Retail Sales will oversee the retail operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure sales targets are met. Responsibilities include managing the sales team, analyzing sales data, improving operational performance, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The role demands collaboration across departments to align retail goals with the company's mission of sustainability and quality.
