Responsible to achieve all advisory product targets of branch.
Will be responsible for cross selling third party products for the branch
Should help branch team achieve their productivity as defined by company
Gather assets in products as defined in KPI
To Drive business thru Team of RM / AM / SE / IS
Maintain I / E Ratio of 3 : 1 from Direct businesss & 4 : 1 including franchisee business
Technical & Behavioural Competencies
Candidate should have good understanding & knowledge about the capital market. He should be well networked in the market & must have ability to push ideas to Branch / franchisee / HNI Clients. Should have excellent communication skills, should be persuasive & presentable
