This particular role would entail projects in the Housing Finance Company business.

BRIEF RESPONSIBILITIES -

Partner and Implement several HR processes such as Talent / Performance reviews, Learning and

Development initiatives, Off Role Sales Force Management, Employee engagement etc. across

organization with the objective to enhance control on compliances, increase employee

satisfaction, strengthen HR administration and enhance employee retention; Oversee HR Policy

Management, execute and support in Campus / lateral hiring & onboarding for engaging talent.
