Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Delhi, India. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and implementing HR policies and procedures. They will manage daily HR operations, maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
• Experience in performance management, training, and development
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, labor laws, and compliance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus
