Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at Buildskill located in Kapashera. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing benefits administration on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experienced in Hiring through various online platforms
• Managing HR operations on Zoho People and Zoho Payroll
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration expertise
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
