Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Finance Manager to drive financial planning, business decision support, accounting processes, and product-level profitability for our organization. The ideal candidate will also contribute to ERP implementation and continuous system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Finance and FP&A :

• the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across business units.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, provide variance analysis against budgets, and deliver actionable insights.
• Monitor working capital requirements and cash flow forecasting.
