Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
Grade - 5B
Exp : 8-12 years
Key Responsibilities : -
Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements.-
Manage functional design, system configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.
Work extensively Recruiting, Core HR, Kronos Workforce Management, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll and Talent Management
Develop and maintain eligibility Fast Formulas and BI reports for reporting and automation needs.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify, analyze, and resolve system issues.
Provide expert guidance on best practices, process optimization, and configuration improvements.
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), end-user training, and documentation
Ensure timely resolution of production issues and system enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications : - 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional.- 3-5 years of experience in one or more HCM modules : Recruiting, Core HR, Kronos Workforce Management, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll and Talent Management
