Role Description
We’re looking for a performance-driven Website & Marketplace Manager to own and optimize EDT’s digital commerce ecosystem across edtworld.com and major marketplaces (Amazon, etc.) . The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution - ensuring our website, campaigns, and marketplaces run seamlessly while delivering measurable growth outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Operations & Experience (Shopify)
- Manage day-to-day operations of edtworld.com (Shopify website), ensuring uptime, page accuracy, and optimal user experience.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to keep product, campaign, and landing pages updated.
- Create and manage discount codes, offers, and pre-order promotions.
- Conduct CRO experiments — from landing page A / B testing to checkout enhancements.
- Monitor & continuously optimise performance across conversion funnels, abandoned carts, and checkout flows.
- Manage integrations and analytics tools (GA4, Meta Pixel, etc.) to track and improve performance.
- Strategize & execute SEO & GEO optimizations, ensuring visibility & reach across organic channels.
2. Performance Marketing
Partner with digital marketing agencies to drive efficient campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid platforms.Actively track campaign performance daily and provide structured feedback to agencies for campaign optimization.Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS) on a daily and present actionable weekly insights.Analyze creative performance to identify top-performing ad variations and optimize creative strategy.Support landing page testing, offer rollouts, and new product launches.3. Marketplace Management (Amazon, Flipkart & others)
Manage end-to-end operations across marketplaces : listings, pricing, catalog hygiene, inventory management, and promotions.Setting up & managing FBA operations, ensuring smooth inbounding, stock health, and SLA compliance.Handle return management in coordination with operations and customer teams to minimize losses.Create and manage Brand Stores and A+ content to ensure strong brand presentation and visibility.Optimize Search keywords, imagery, and descriptions to improve ranking and conversion.Coordinate with marketplace account managers for campaigns, promotions, and issue resolution.4. Reporting & Growth Enablement
Build and maintain daily dashboards tracking website and marketplace performance.Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to identify growth opportunities.Support CRM and automation projects that strengthen the post-purchase and retention experience.Requirements
Highly entrepreneurial and execution-focused — thrives in a zero-to-one environment, builds processes from scratch, takes full ownership, and drives outcomes with speed and clarity.3–4 years of experience in e-commerce, growth, or marketplace management, ideally in consumer electronics, D2C, or lifestyle brands.Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and FBA operations.Proficiency in GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Excel / Sheets dashboards.Familiarity with D2C solutions like quick checkout, OMS, return management, CRM tools, marketing automation platforms.Strong understanding of UX / CRO.Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.Why Join Us
