We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Admin / Developer with strong expertise across Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), automation tools, and core platform capabilities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solution-driven, and able to independently manage development, configuration, enhancements, and platform optimization.
This is a remote role , working with a global delivery team.
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities Salesforce Administration
- Manage and maintain Salesforce org including users, roles, profiles, permission sets, OWD, and security model.
- Configure objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows.
- Create and optimize Flows (record-triggered, screen flows, orchestrations).
- Handle data management activities (Data Loader, Import Wizard, deduplication, backups).
- Manage Service Cloud features : Case Management, Knowledge Base, Entitlements, Omni-Channel, Email-to-Case.
Salesforce Development
Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components when required.Write Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, future methods, queueables, and test classes.Build robust integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and external services.Develop reusable components, utilities, and framework-level enhancements.Troubleshoot governor limits, performance issues, and complex workflows.Platform Enhancements & Release Management
Deliver end-to-end enhancements : design → development → testing → deployment.Work with Git, DevOps tools, CI / CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, or equivalent).Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and release cycles.Documentation & Support
Create technical design documents, configuration guides, and deployment instructions.Provide L3 support for business users and resolve defects within defined SLAs.Collaborate with QA, product owners, and cross-functional teams.Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Admin + Development experience.Strong experience with Service Cloud (mandatory).Proficiency in LWC , Apex , Flows , and SOQL / SOSL.Experience with integrations (REST / SOAP, external systems).Solid understanding of Salesforce Security Model & Sharing rules.Experience with version control (Git) and DevOps tools.Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (PDII) – strongly preferred.Additional certifications like Admin, Advanced Admin, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder.Experience with OmniStudio (nice to have).Experience working with global teams and Agile delivery models.Soft Skills
