As a Senior Data Scientist LLM, you will develop, fine-tune, and deploy large language models (LLMs) tailored to specific business needs. You will collaborate across teams to integrate LLMs into production systems and ensure their performance, reliability, and alignment with business goals.

Tasks :

Fine-tune and optimize LLM and NLP models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA) for real-world applications

Integrate LLMs into scalable, production-grade systems

Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance and task alignment

Collaborate with ML engineers and developers to build robust AI pipelines

Evaluate model performance using accuracy, relevance, and alignment metrics

Stay current with advancements in LLM frameworks and transformer architectures

Document best practices and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Professional Requirements and Expertise :

9+ years of experience in LLM and NLP model development

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field

Proficiency with LLM frameworks and libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers , LangChain , OpenAI API , LLaMAIndex , or similar

Experience with prompt engineering and model evaluation

Good to have : Proficiency in Python or Java , experience with AI / ML pipelines , and deployment on AWS , Azure , or Google Cloud Platform
