Job descriptionManage customer interactions, follow-ups, and contract reviews. Ensure all customer orders are accurately documented, clarified, and fulfilled. Coordinate with the factory to meet contractual obligations. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Collect and analyze customer feedback; Maintain proper documentation and provide timely reports. Proven experience in sales / branch management in the Elevator / Lift Solutions industry. Strong customer relationship and contract management skills. Ability to coordinate between customers and factory teams effectively.
