Job Title : Project Manager – IAM Authentication & Access Controls

Experience : 8 Years

Location : Pune

Required Skills

IAM Authentication domain knowledge (MFA, SSO, access controls)
Familiarity with GitLab, Confluence, Jira
Understanding of operational IAM processes

Project Delivery Skills

Hybrid / Agile / Waterfall delivery expertise

Strong change management (analyzing, testing, deploying changes)

End-to-end delivery responsibility

Communication & Leadership

Strong communication with senior managers

Ability to run multiple tracks simultaneously

High autonomy & ownership

Role Focus

Authentication-heavy IAM role. Focus on user authentication, access control workflows, and multi-method project delivery.
