Candidate should have 10 years of experience in ServiceNow. Out of which must have 5years in the role of Solution architect for ITSM and rest in the role of Sr Developer and Team Lead.
Familiarity with ServiceNow core application UI and
workflow configuration, report development,
integration components.
Proven ability to drive complex technical solutions
which may include both legacy and converging
technology use at an enterprise level and business
process change through education and partnership
with stakeholders
Analyze business processes, pain points, and desired
outcomes to recommend suitable ServiceNow
solutions.
Craft technical blueprints for ServiceNow
implementations, considering existing infrastructure,
scalability, and integrations.
Knowledge and experience of defining application
and data architecture roadmaps for significant
business / functional scopes.
Experience of defining and running architecture
governance processes, and of shaping and
communicating architectural strategies.
Prepare proposals with detailed cost estimates and
implementation timelines.
Provide High Level Design and specifications for
ServiceNow implementation
Lead development and implementation of
ServiceNow applications in the area of ITSM core and
enterprise (WFO), GRC and Integrations
Guide developers, administrators, and other
stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
Configure ServiceNow modules and workflows to
align with specific business requirements.
Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow
and other enterprise applications.
Conduct thorough testing to ensure the solution
functions as designed and meets performance
benchmarks.
Experience of Scaled Agile Framework
methodologies, and a broad knowledge of business
practices, processes and tools
Partner closely with executive stakeholders and their
teams around delivering solutions in ServiceNow to
key business initiatives.
Candidate must have Deep expertise in several technical domains.
Expertise in ServiceNow Modules
Integration Hub etc.
Candidate should have exp in ITSM Integration Hub
