Role Overview :

• We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Development Manager to play a key role in driving the company's growth strategy through M&A, investments, strategic partnerships, and other high-impact initiatives.
• The role involves finding targets that are suitable, working with our bankers on potential target identification, screening, assisting in due diligence, leading transaction execution, conducting financial and strategic analyses, and collaborating with senior stakeholders across business functions to evaluate and implement inorganic growth opportunities.
