Job Summary
The PPC / Growth / Performance Marketer will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid digital channels. This role plays a critical part in Bhima’s digital commerce performance, focusing on designing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across Google, Meta, and emerging platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid platforms.
Optimize campaigns to maximize conversions, ROI, and overall performance.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies.
Monitor daily campaign performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Run A / B tests on ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance.
Collaborate closely with creative, content, SEO, and web teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.
Manage advertising budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Explore new growth channels and evaluate opportunities for scaling customer acquisition.
Stay updated on platform algorithms, industry trends, and new advertising tools.
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager .
Knowledge of programmatic ads and broader paid media strategies.
Proficiency with analytics tools such as GA4 and Google Data Studio.
Experience in conversion tracking setup , including events and pixels.
Familiarity with A / B testing frameworks and experimentation methods.
Strong understanding of remarketing and retargeting campaigns .
Experience with landing page optimization tools .
Ability to conduct detailed keyword planning and research .
Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for performance analysis.
Soft Skills
