Your Role

• Administer and maintain Windows Administration and AIX systems, ensuring secure and reliable operations.
• Configure and manage file and folder level permissions using tools such as ICALCS and SETACL.
• Develop and automate solutions with PowerShell scripting for permissioning and file / folder scans.
• Support DFS migration projects, including large-scale data transfers (20+ TB) from NAS on-prem to SharePoint Online / Azure Cloud.
• Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution within defined SLAs for Windows / DFS-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with Active Directory (AD) policies and account-level attributes.
• Provide ongoing system maintenance, break-fix support, and performance tuning of Windows Server and storage infrastructure.
