Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities :

• Good knowledge on CAD (New PDM)
• Design and develop automotive bumper systems using CATIA V5 .
• Domain : Plastics.
• Create 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings for plastic components.
• Ensure designs meet regulatory, safety, and performance requirements.
• Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, and weight.
• Support prototype development and validation testing.
• Maintain design documentation and BOMs.
• 5–10 years of experience in automotive plastic part design, preferably bumper systems.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5 (Part Design, Surface Design, Assembly Design).
• Knowledge of injection molding and tooling considerations.
• Familiarity with GD&T, DFMEA, DFM / DFA principles.
