Senior L2 Production Support Engineer (AS / 400 Expert) | Bangalore Hybrid Are you a veteran of the Command Line? Do you speak fluent AS / 400 and thrive on solving complex data puzzles?

We are searching for a Senior L2 Production Support Engineer with 7+ years of experience to be the technical guardian of our critical legacy systems.

This is not just a monitoring role. We need a troubleshooter who can dig into Cobol code, navigate DB2, and ensure our nightly critical path runs flawlessly.

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

⏰ Shift : 24x7 Rotational Support

What you bring to the table :

Core Tech : Deep proficiency in AS / 400 OS , Cobol / 400 , DB2 Querying , and CL (Command Line) .

Troubleshooting : Proven ability to diagnose application issues and spot trends before they become outages.

Communication : You can translate technical jargon into clear updates for users and document incidents precisely.

Agility : Fast learner capable of picking up proprietary systems (WINS), Policy Data flows, and Nightly batch logic.

Bonus points if you have :

Experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools.

Background in the Insurance domain .

Strong SQL & Data Analysis skills.
