Role Overview
We're seeking a high-energy Growth Leader with exceptional communication and outbound calling skills to drive our sales pipeline and accelerate business growth. Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For
0–2 years of experience in a growth, sales, or outbound business development role.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Confident and skilled in cold calling and outbound conversations .Strong analytical skills — comfort with data, metrics, and conversion analysis.Self-motivated, highly organized, and eager to learn and grow in a startup setting.Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.Nice to Have
