Your Mission
As a Full-Cycle AE , you’ll own the entire sales process — from lead generation to closing — for UK and European fleet customers. You’ll be part of a high-ownership, high-impact team working directly with leadership to drive revenue and scale adoption in new markets.
What You’ll Do
Prospecting & Pipeline Building
- Identify and engage fleet operators (Amazon DSPs, other last mile delivery firms, logistics companies, other commercial fleets) across UK
- Run personalized outbound campaigns via email, , WhatsApp, and cold calls
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing and generate new pipeline proactively
Solution Selling & Closing
Conduct discovery calls and live product demosBuild business cases and quantify ClearQuote’s ROIHandle objections, pricing discussions, and close new logosOnboarding & Account Growth
Ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success for activationStay close to early customers to identify upsell and expansion opportunitiesCapture feedback to improve sales playbooks and GTM messagingReporting & Collaboration
Maintain CRM hygiene (Hubspot or equivalent)Report regularly on pipeline, conversion rates, and challengesCollaborate with the founding team to refine GTM strategyWhat You Bring
2–5 years of B2B SaaS or fleet / logistics tech sales experienceProven track record of owning deals end-to-end (outbound → close)Ability to work UK hours from India and sell to UK stakeholdersStrong communicator with consultative sales skillsCRM-savvy and comfortable with outbound tools (Apollo, Lemlist, etc.)Bonus Points
