You will be responsible for applying a technology-first approach to dramatically improve our processes, tools, and the candidate experience. This role requires coaching and empowering a high-performing TA team to meet Lenskart's rapid growth needs.

Transform Talent Strategy with Technology

• Tech & AI Integration : Define and execute a plan to overhaul the entire recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding) using automation, AI, and cutting-edge technology.
• Scalability : Design and implement an agile TA strategy that effectively scales Lenskart's global workforce across all functions (Tech, Retail, etc.) to meet aggressive growth targets.
• Innovation : Drive continuous improvement by integrating new TA technologies and even building proprietary tools to solve unique organizational challenges.
