Role Overview
We’re looking for a full-funnel Performance Marketer who can think beyond ads.
Someone who understands creatives, strategy, numbers, and human behaviour.
You’ll own Meta performance, creative testing, funnel optimisation, and growth planning end-to-end.
This is not a button-pusher role.
Roles & Responsibilities
Build, launch, and scale Meta campaigns for D2C brands.
Plan and run structured creative tests (hooks, angles, formats).
Create, edit, and request UGC / scripted creatives based on performance.
Optimise the full funnel from ad → landing page → checkout.
Analyse CAC, ROAS, MER, thumb-stop rate, hook rate, and run experiments.
Identify new angles, audiences, and creative ideas to drive growth.
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of real performance marketing experience (D2C is mandatory).
You’ve managed 10+ Lakhs / m ad spend with actual learnings.
Strong creative instinct — you can smell a weak hook in 2 seconds.
Strong analytical mindset — not afraid of deep data.
You can think like a strategist, write like a creative, and operate like a media buyer.
You love experimentation and want to build category-defining creatives.
