Hiring Freshers – Recruitment Consultant (Ashok Nagar, Chennai)

We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic freshers who are eager to build a career in the Recruitment / HR industry.

Opportunity Structure :

Paid Internship – 3 months (After successful completion of training)

Full-Time Consultant Role (Permanent opportunity for consistent performers)

Selection Process :

Walk-in directly from Monday to Friday

Time : 11 : 00 AM to 1 : 00 PM

Venue : Our office in Ashok Nagar (exact address will be shared with shortlisted / confirmed candidates)

If selected, you can join from the immediate Monday onwards.

Job Details :

Designation : Recruitment Consultant

Location : Ashok Nagar, Chennai.

Work Mode : Work from Office

Timings : Flexible – Full-Time : 9 hours / day – Part-Time : 5 hours / day (option available initially)

Salary : Best in industry – decided based on skills, learning ability, and performance during training & internship

Who Can Apply?

Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience

Good computer knowledge

Fair communication in English

Strong willingness to learn and grow

Common sense and logical thinking

Interest in understanding the Recruitment / Staffing industry

Candidates from Chennai & nearby localities preferred
