Role Description

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role involves providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing executive calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing expense reports, and overseeing day-to-day administrative activities. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication, maintaining confidentiality, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external members, getting required work done from the team and coordinating and scheduling meetings for Ceo, This role requires a detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support to handle high-level responsibilities effectively.
• Strong skills in Expense Reports and Diary Management to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient scheduling.
• Experience in Administrative Assistance, including managing correspondence, coordinating tasks, and supporting daily operations.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and work closely with the CEO.
• Bit tech savy is preffered and digitally active.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in office software tools, excel, powerpoint is must and experience in real estate or similar industries is an advantage.
