Senior AI / ML Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI / ML Engineer (6+ years) to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade AI systems. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Multi-Agent Systems, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and advanced LLM-based architectures.

This role focuses on developing production-ready AI solutions, optimizing models for performance and efficiency, and integrating AI into enterprise ecosystems. The candidate will also work closely with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers to support the long-term AI roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and scale multi-agent and RAG-based AI systems using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.

Implement retrieval pipelines, embeddings, and knowledge integration workflows for enterprise applications.

Develop and deploy API-driven AI solutions integrated with databases, microservices, and front-end applications.

Optimize model latency, accuracy, cloud cost, and overall system performance.

Work closely with product, engineering, and strategy teams to convert real-world problems into scalable AI solutions.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to long-term AI architecture & roadmap planning.

Skills & Requirements

6+ years of hands-on experience in AI / ML engineering with production deployments.

Technical Skills

Programming : Strong proficiency in Python.

Frameworks : LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace, and modern LLM frameworks.

Vector Databases : Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or similar.

Expertise In : RAG systems

Embeddings & retrieval optimization

LLM architectures

Multi-agent frameworks (Autogen, CrewAI, LangGraph)

LLM Skills : Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.

Additional Skills : API development, enterprise AI architecture, model optimization, retrieval pipelines, cross-functional collaboration.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in fast-paced, high-velocity environments.
