Associate Director – Quality & Capability Transformation

Role : AD Capability Development

Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Experience : 10+ years

⏳ Notice Period : Immediate Joiners or up to 30 days

Must Have :

• 10 to 14 years of overall experience
• 10+ years in Quality within the BPO / BPM industry
• Experience working with Six Sigma, Lean, and Process Transformation
• Exposure to AI, RPA, and automation-led quality transformation
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Telecom / CMT domain experience

Mandatory : Candidate must be currently working in the International Telecom / CMT domain.
